About Me

I am a devoted husband to a super-hero woman, and father to two incredible girls.

I've been a consultant to over 300 organizations including CBS Broadcasting, AETNA, Lockheed, GSK, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Government. I have directed hundreds of people in multi-billion dollar programs, and have spoken internationally to audiences of up to 10,000.

Today, I compile a lifetime of learning to serve high-achieving people, businesses, and other organizations all over the world. I write, speak, consult, and coach others on leadership, productivity, work-life integration, workforce engagement, customer experience, workplace dynamics, character, family, and time-tested wisdom.

My life's work is about channeling common-sense to bring down the most difficult problems. My purpose is to give people, from all walks of life, the clarity, courage, and spark to achieve, live, and be more than they imagined.
